Quality & Traceability

Know Your Ingredient
Understand Your Supply

Professional sourcing requires clear information about the product, its origin and the conditions under which it is supplied.

Our approach places product specifications and supporting documentation at the centre of the purchasing process.

Defined Product Specifications

Each proposed reference is assessed against the requirements agreed with the customer.

Depending on the product, these may include composition, variety, moisture, texture, particle size, concentration, packaging and storage conditions.

Documented Origin and Lot Identification

We require production partners to provide origin information and lot identification for the products they supply.

The supporting traceability documentation forms part of supplier qualification and order preparation.

Transparent Composition

A product’s composition should be clear before it enters your formulation.

The agreed specification identifies the ingredients and any declared additives or coatings. Claims such as “100% dates” or “no additives” are used only where supported by the relevant product documentation.

Documentation for Your Approval Process

Tell us which documents your quality team requires.

We coordinate requests for technical specifications, available certificates of analysis, storage information and any applicable certification documents.

Certification status and scope are checked for the relevant product and production site.

Product Evaluation

Sample arrangements can be discussed to support your internal assessment and application trials.

The objective is straightforward: establish whether the proposed ingredient meets your requirements before progressing to commercial supply.
